Direction to the Grand Preserve Sales
Lodge from I70 west from Denver:
- Take exit #248 (Beaver Brook/Floyd Hill exit)
- At the top of the off-ramp, take an immediate right, then
left on US Highway 40 west
- Go 1 mile on US Highway 40, at the first stop sign, take
a left on Beaver Brook Drive.
- Cross over I70, go approximately 500 yards. At the stop
sign/T in the road, go right on Hylands
- Hylands turns into Saddleback Drive, the sales lodge is
approximately ¼ mile down on the right.
- Arrive at 25 Saddleback Drive, Evergreen, CO 80439. 303-674-0000
Direction to the Grand Preserve Sales Lodge from I70 east
from Vail:
- Take exit #247 (Beaver Brook/Floyd Hill exit)
- At the top of the off-ramp, go right. At the stop sign/T
in the road, go right on Hylands
- Hylands turns into Saddleback Drive, the sales lodge is
approximately ¼ mile down on the right.
- Arrive at 25 Saddleback Drive, Evergreen, CO 80439. 303-674-0000
Grand Preserve Sales Lodge to the Grand Preserve lots
and homes:
- From Sales Lodge head west on Saddleback Drive 1 mile,
at "V" in the road (Elk Valley/Saddleback Dr),
veer left staying on Saddleback Drive. The road will veer
left
- Go past the Sante Fe Mountain Rd intersection/turnoff
½ mile.
- Turn right onto Saddle Ridge Drive, go .3 miles (you will
pass existing homes that are not part of The Grand Preserve).
- Turn right on Halter Way for The Grand Preserve lots 1
thru 7.
- Turn left, continue on Saddle Ridge Drive .8 miles to
the main entrance of The Grand Preserve and lots 8 thru
20.
Total distance to Lot 18 from the Sales Lodge, 3.8
